Should be responsible for the production on shop floor with optimum utilization of resources to bring about maximum productivity & minimum rejection. Coordinating with PPC in the preparation of implementation plans for manufacturing of products, machine allocation and also responsible for custodian of production register and other reports for facilitating decision making by the management. Managing Continuous Improvements in Production with regards to its procedures, and process safety. Develop Operations related to Crisis Management Plans, and Lead during Crisis, including unplanned events and emergencies.Manage Quality Control with regards to raw materials, WIP and also finished goods with Quality approvals. Waste reduction on the shop floor during the process.Meeting and adhering to mandatory requirements in production process (SOPs). Managing and responsible for setting the die for machines, trial of new moulds and rectify mould related problems in coordinating with Tool room.Coordinating with Maintenance team for resolving the machine breakages during the production process on immediate remedial action.Visioning shift operations / machine parameters and take up quick corrective measures in case of deviations
Overall responsibility of managing production and operations at shop floor with an aim to accomplish production targets within the defined / budgeted time, quality and quantity as promised/conformed to the clients and customers. Ensure effective functional integration of operations with other functional departments.

Directs and controls the entire regional activities towards achieving agreed sales volumes/ targets for a geographical area which will help the company to achieve its strategic and business objectives Oversees smooth functioning of the entire regional activities.
Ensures achievement of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Target through existing and new dealer and distribution channel members, supervision of all related activities which contribute positively to overall performance of the division.
Ensures adherence to sales policies and implements the policies provided by Corporate Marketing team.
Maintain and update accounts database
Commerce Graduate with having 1-2 yrs experience as accounts payable executive/clerk
Identify new customers for our range of products. Lead generation and order closure. Cold calls.Handleday-to-day sales related activities.Meet
sales and collection targets.Survey the entire region to collate a market map of all potential customers.Gather information about competitors and prevailing prices. Weekly reporting to HO.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.Prior experience in sales of Special Steel / Alloy Steel / Forging quality steel / High Speed steel.Experience with Tool & Die steel & mould Steel will be even better.Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering / Diploma preferred.
