Throughout the recruitment process, the recruiters at Flipcarbon maintain a clear communication with the candidates, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience, so the candidates have the feeling of inclusiveness. The recruitment process may vary depending on client’ organisation size, industry, and specific hiring needs.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS: PROTOCOLS




Role Clarity:

Before accepting a mandate, ensure that there is a formal job description (JD) that clearly defines the role and responsibilities of the position.





Budget Clarity:

If there is no JD or budget information available, communicate with the client to obtain this information. If necessary, offer our JD writing service to the client.





Know Your
Clients:

Before starting a mandate, gather information about the client's company and culture. Obtain an orientation deck, corporate brochure, or use the client's website to prepare a one-pager.





CV Sharing Protocols:

Establish a process for sharing candidate CVs with the client. Always include a candidate information sheet or interview evaluation sheet and share CVs in batches of at least four.





Feedback:

Document all feedback received from the client and provide it in written form. Avoid relying on verbal communications. Regular written and verbal engagement with client.





Maintaining an
MIS:

Maintain a daily management information system (MIS) to track progress and manage the mandate effectively.

Retained search works on a “retained basis,” charging the client a fee up front in order to conduct the search. It operates exclusively which means the position will only be filled by us as a recruitment firm. Retained search focuses strictly on placing candidates who have been validated through a competency based basic interview process by the designated recruiter.

CONTINGENCY SEARCH

Contingency search maybe considered a Lite version of Consultative Recruitment that Flipcarbon is known for. This aims to enable a good fit between client and candidate holistically, ensuring an accurate skillset and culture fit for all elements of a role while meeting the investment-lite strategy of emerging businesses.
