Prabhash, a performance coach and multi-process trainer of repute, is the Founder of Flipcarbon and heads its consulting practice. A senior professional with 16 years of experience in various facets of HR across blue-chip companies, he has a proven track record & ability in conceptualizing, designing and implementing Strategic Employee Communication interventions that foster a high performance, high engagement culture. A subject matter expert on Employee Engagement, Prabhash has 10+years of experience in handling employee engagement surveys, action planning and enterprise initiatives. As a performance coach, he has helped start-up founders & middle managers extract best value from themselves & their teams. His other expertise areas are – Unconscious Bias and Diversity including enabling areas like POSH.

A Post-graduate in HR from XISS, Ranchi where he topped his batch of 2002, Prabhash started his career at ACC Ltd. He subsequently worked for VF Arvind Brands before joining SABMiller India where he was Head of HR (Operations). He played various roles at SABMiller ranging from Industrial relation, Talent management, Talent Engagement to Performance management. He quit SABMiller to start Flipcarbon in 2015 to realize his passion for and belief in the power of HR to transform organizations and accelerate growth.
