Nidhi is the Principal Consultant at Mumbai for fractional CHRO services and is responsible for client onboarding and management. An alumnus of XISS Ranchi and a PhD from IIT Dhanbad, Nidhi has straddled both Enterprise and Academics – her last stint was as a Professor of Human Resource Management at XISS Ranchi. During her academic tenure, she has trained many HR professionals and influenced many organisations.
